Eligibility for Returns
We take great care in packing your orders, but if a product arrives damaged or faulty, we'll happily provide a replacement for the damaged product only, subject to the following conditions:

The product is unused and in its original condition.

You notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You provide proof of purchase (Order confirmation email or receipt)

Clear evidence of the issue (photos of the damaged item and packaging) is provided.
This policy applies to individual damaged products within a box and not the entire box.
Process for Returns

Contact Us: Email our team at support@glamory.com.au with the subject line: "Return Request - [Order Number]."

Provide Details: Include your full name, order number, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Assessment: Once we've reviewed your request, we'll confirm if a replacement is approved and guide you through the next steps.
Important Notes

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

This policy does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

Products that have been used, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

If the same product is unavailable to be replaced, a similar item of equal value will be offered.
Processing Time
We aim to resolve return requests within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information or, if applicable, the returned product.
